No Bragging Rights

Get Competitive. If you always just go to the gym do the same thing, a specific competitive goal can really change your focus and motivation and jump start your workout routine.
When Crossfiting I often compete against people I have never met when I do a WOD. With out knowing what my true potential is I just try to beat the very best . No Bragging rights here folks , I am listing my stats & benchmarks here from a competitive point of view.
